Charleston Oceanfront Villas was constructed in 1998. The concrete and steel four
story building is oceanfront and has beach access via two walkways.
The units are three or four bedrooms and range in size from 1305 to 1850 square feet.
Features include Oceanside balconies, large living areas, Jacuzzi tubs in the master
bathroom, elevators, and a gated entrance to the complex.
There is reserved covered parking, and the amenities include two Oceanside pools
and a heated Jacuzzi.
